"How can we shape, develop and steer the sustainable use of soil as a resource in Switzerland?” This question is the point of departure for the Malik Syntegration® process at the beginning of November, to which we have invited high-profile guests.

Syntegration® interconnects the participants' knowledge such that they can work together like a single, gigantic brain. The participants are directly involved in all topics, assuming different roles.

The 42 participants will define the content of this event themselves. To start with, they will identify twelve core topics aimed at answering the opening question. These topics will then be discussed in a number of groups whose work will by dynamically linked. The Malik Syntegration® process will aid the development of a first outline for the NRP 68 overall synthesis and provide a platform for in-depth discussions of the findings of NRP 68, both internally and with the most important stakeholder. The participants will be guided through this process by Malik Management.

Malik Syntegration® enables the participants to gain new insights into the societal challenges involved in dealing with the sustainable use of soil as a resource. The coordination of knowledge and the experiences of key people will lead to a deeper understanding of the insights gained in NRP 68 and their validation by researchers and other experts from business, politics and practice. Thanks to the intensive discussions, the participants will be able to examine their own positions and strategies for the sustainable use of soil as a resource.

The system-cybernetic communication method Malik Syntegration®, developed by Malik Management, achieves sustainable results in situations where a consensus or a fundamentally new perspective is needed on complex questions concerning a large number of stakeholders.
